I’m David Gustafson, a REALTOR® with Wagner Realty’s Corporate Office in Bradenton, and I’m proud to serve the community I’ve called home for many years. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I served as Downtown Development Director for the City of Bradenton, Community Planning Administrator for Manatee County Government, and Director of Land Development for the nation’s largest privately-owned development company.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on several transformative projects, including the Bradenton Riverwalk, the historic renovation of the Bradenton Hampton Inn, and the 2017 World Rowing Championships at Nathan Benderson Park. These experiences not only strengthened my understanding of our area’s growth and potential but also deepened my passion for helping others make informed real estate decisions.
